I know that we are running Carol and Neal ragged with our requests, but I wanted to stop, take a moment and thank you. Your consultants have been extremely helpful, professional, supportive and courteous throughout this process. In Carol’s case, I can certainly imagine that some CPPers have stretched her limits. However, I have to say that she has handled herself remarkably well and thank my lucky stars that she is working on our project. Also, it does concern me that we may have overtaxed you as a resource with our awful cash flow statement. I am truly sorry for draining all of your extra time on that project – I cannot begin to tell you but you must have the patience of a saint!
