Cox Austin American-Statesman

9 years Lawson HR/Payroll support

For over 9 years we supported Cox Austin American-Statesman Lawson HR/Payroll implementation. This support included 24/7 Lawson system support including Lawson system administration, working with end-users on production issues, the design and development of all interface programs, custom reports and program customizations. We developed a complex year-end processing program and successfully completed two major upgrades. Prior to Cox putting the Statesman up for sale in 2010, they converted off of Lawson to ADP. We have many strong references available at the Statesman.

Durham School Services

8 years Lawson support

For over 8 years we provide Lawson technical and functional support to Durham School Services, a ten-thousand employee transportation company with corporate offices in Chicago, IL. We provided all Lawson technical and functional support for their Lawson HR/Payroll and Financials over this period. This support included upgrades, program customizations and a complex data conversion from 9 Lawson companies to 3 legal entities. Durham was purchased by National Express Corporation and converted off of Lawson to Oracle in April 2010. The Controller, who we worked with during our support period, is still with National Express Corporation and would provide a strong reference.
